I just don't get. There are these three girls at school I know and every single day at school they are "happy". They act all cheerful, laugh, act excited, but I just don't get it. How the fuck do they do that. I'm just about the opposite, but I can not figure out how the hell they do it. It's almost as in if they're on X everyday day. They are never stressed or anything. Our school has a shitload of projects and other depressing shit. So how in the hell do they do it?!??!?!?! If I was like that, I would kill myself. It's like they hold back everything they feel. Everything! HOW?!? Ahh. It's driving me nuts. Shit, I wish I could do it.

Well I mean be more "happy" because I am constantly depressed. About 99% of the time I'm at school, I'm depressed because I compare myself to everyone ending up to make me look like a shit face. Envy. It strikes me everytime.

I know a girl from church who was like that.  When talking to her I saw her side to not be happy all the time like that too.

A woman I know from church is like that too.  I don't know how they do it.  Good actors I guess.

try thinking positive like them. be as happy as they are and as fake-happy as it may seem...it might make you feel better and eventually that positive attitude might feel real! you can always go back to being unhappy...if thats what you like...but i prefer being happy :)
